Contested, complex or lengthy matters	$360/hr (including GST)
Administrative matters undertaken by paralegal	$220 (including GST)
Printing & Photocopying	$0.80 per black and white page $1 per colour page
Scanning of more than 20 pages	Paralegal rates charged in 6 minute increments

Short matters are matters such as mentions, call-overs, directions hearing, pre-trial reviews, divorce hearings, taking Judgement etc and normally take up to 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Contested, complex or lengthy matters includes Notices of Motion, contested applications, instructing counsel etc and normally take longer than 45 minutes.

Senior Lawyers: We only use experienced senior lawyers to attend court agency matters and the lawyers are also always supervised by our experienced Principal Lawyers.
